= Where do you ship? =

We currently ship within the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, parts of Asia, and most of Europe. We do not ship to military bases. Domestic US shipping takes about three to nine days since we use regular-ass ground shipping, while international may take two to four weeks. All items are shipped with tracking which will be provided to you when the item ships.

If you are ordering internationally, import and customs fees may be collected by your government upon arrival.

= Is ordering and shipping discreet? =

We understand that such items are typically of a sensitive nature, and to help make the ordering and shipping process easier, we keep details about transactions and shipping to a minimum. Statements on card bills and transactions will simply belong to "HRAT", and we ship using plain brown boxes without logos. The return address is to a P.O. box under the name "HRAT".

If you are ordering outside of the US, customs may require us to disclose contents of an order on the shipping label.
